Licensed since a UW Arts & Design graduation ceremony in 2005, Ryan owns American Classic Homes and has led dozens of agents into the nation's top 1% for volume. He brought his elite team into Keller Williams as founding members, and still works hands-on with buyers and sellers himself alongside them. He also owns a property management and commercial real estate company, so every side of the business is covered for clients. Off the clock, he's browsing antique shops, checking out local car shows, or spending time with his wife, daughter, and dog.
Maureen Briere
Real Estate Broker & Marketing Director
A third-generation Renton native, Maureen grew up around construction and land development, and brings that same eye for detail to every listing she works. Licensed since 2001, real estate remains her focus — she also loves bringing creative marketing strategy to the team, making sure the brand, the agents, and every client's biggest asset are always shown in their best light. Off the clock, she's cheering on the Huskies and Seahawks with her fiancé and daughter, or out on a trail with her dogs, Alki and Loki.
Lisa Kincaid
Real Estate Broker & Transaction Coordinator
Lisa joined American Classic Homes in 2013 as office administrator, then got licensed in 2015 and has been keeping transactions running smoothly ever since. Her hospitality background gives her a sharp ear for what clients really need, and she works closely with some of the area's top producers. For Lisa, real estate is about connection — to the home, and to each other.
Cat Green
Real Estate Broker & Community Outreach
Cat got her start in real estate back in 2005, then moved through finance, marriage, and motherhood before landing right back in the market she never really left. She grew up off May Valley Road near Coal Creek, attended the same schools her own kids attend today, and now leads community events and sponsorships for the team. Her read on timing and value comes from decades of paying attention — not magic, just experience.
